Create an Unforgettable Event With Our Waterfront Venue Hire

Caves Coastal caters to various sized occasions, so whether you’re hosting an intimate affair with just ten guests or need to accommodate a crowd of 250 people, our function room hire will adequately meet your needs. These are some of the events that we can manage:

  • Social events. Depending on the month, Caves Coastal regularly hosts themed events according to calendar holidays and occasions of national interest. For example, Super Bowl days where we have Budweiser and American food specials or Valentine’s Day where you and your partner can treat yourselves to a cocktail or two and share-style dessert specials. Caves Coastal also offers live entertainment on weekends in January, where you can enjoy a festive atmosphere on our outdoor deck with friends and family.
  • An alternative to the boardroom. If you need to make an impression and need a change of scenery to do that, why not launch your product in an inspiring space? Or host your business dinner or charity event in a high-end yet sociable area. The decor is inspired by industrial design, where raw materials and open spaces combine to create an organic feel and airiness to the room. So, host your next meeting or workshop in a well-lit space highlighted by natural accents, setting the scene for professional presentations and conducive to group discussions.
  • Getaway. If instead, you want to escape for a weekend, you can have your team building, couples, or family retreat at Caves Coastal, where you can stay overnight at our accommodation, accessible by Hamptons-style timber boardwalks. The first of your options are the romantic beachside bungalows with King-size beds, rain head showers, and freestanding bathtubs. The garden or ocean view villas have two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a lounge with a fold-out sofa. If you plan on staying for an extended period, it also has a small kitchenette so you can prepare your own meals when you want to. The villas also have a laundry so that you can stay fresh until the end of your stay. The townhouses are similar to the villa option but are two storeys instead.
    The beach house is also a double storey and has four bedrooms. It has a double garage and a large deck for outdoor dining. It is just 100m from the beach.

    Alternatively, satiate your soul with a classic sundowner such as a Martini, Margarita, or Mojito made from premium ingredients. We also have an extensive yet exclusive wine list, including Prosecco and various Moscatos.
  • Food. Book a table with us and revel in a range of seasonal dishes at our newly renovated, contemporary indoor and outdoor restaurant. Caves Coastal offers casual dining where patrons have the option of meals to share, burgers, pizzas, pub classics such as chicken schnitzel and beer-battered fish and chips, and a variety of salads. We also have a well thought out vegan menu where flavour is paramount, and you can indulge in dishes such as pumpkin bruschetta, spiced falafel salad, or a green Buddha bowl made from quinoa edamame beans, cucumber, and avocado. How about just a side of sweet potato fries with sweet chilli and sour cream or green beans or almonds drizzled with mandarin oil?
    Our seafood menu includes teriyaki salmon, seafood linguine and fresh, local food such as oysters straight from the ocean. Our dining options include banquet menus and platters for group bookings.
  • Dedicated team. Our knowledgeable, experienced personnel will give you a choice of custom-made packages and guide you through the decision-making process.
